Myka Piatt has a passion for empathy, empowerment, and lifelong learning as well as a real fondness for logic models. She currently serves as the Trainer and Curriculum Developer for Temple University-Harrisburg’s strengths-based training programs and as a Nationally Certified ROMA (Results-Oriented Management and Accountability) Master Trainer for the Community Action network. She has coordinated the implementation of the Credential for Strengths-based Family Workers (SFW) since 2009 and the Strengths-based Leadership Certificate since 2015. Myka creates and facilitates trainings for nonprofit organizations throughout the country on ROMA, strengths-based family development, and strengths-based leadership. She earned her B.S. in dietetics from Murray State University and is currently pursuing Temple University’s certificate in Training and Organizational Development.
