Brian Holler was a member of the Army Reserve from 1993 to 2001 when he received an honorable discharge. Mr. Holler obtained his bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from The Pennsylvania State University. For three years he worked as a counselor for at risk youth in a variety of settings including, school, home and clinical.
Mr. Holler has worked for the Department of Human Services in employment and training for eight years with an emphasis on program monitoring and evaluation. The unit he oversees has primary oversight for the Employment Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) program which is a partnership with the local Workforce Development Boards and is primarily designed to assist Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) clients in obtaining employment. The unit also oversees the Work Ready program which is a partnership with local Community Action Agencies and works with TANF clients to stabilize barriers and focuses on community service opportunities for clients.
